Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the perishable and health-sensitive nature of our herbal and organic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

We will only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used products
• Products marked as final sale or clearance
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Digital downloads (if applicable)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged on arrival).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped — whichever comes first. Once shipped, the order is final.
